Our Annual Report

Dear Friends and Colleagues:

In 2009 we continued to demonstrate our ability to provide the standards of excellence that is expected of us. ADD surpassed all requirements of federal and state agencies, providing the optimal level of care. As we look forward to 2010, we and other provider agencies throughout the state can expect to face difficult choices. How do we deliver high levels of care in a resource strained environment? Provider agencies will need to maximize their use of limited resources without decreasing services, in other words, “having to do more with less.” As managers, our task will be to provide efficient and effective services in a cost-effective manner and continue to maintain standards of excellence.

As we look back to 2009 with satisfaction as to what had been accomplished, we also look to 2010 and beyond knowing we will continue to provide the high level of services we always have and confront the challenge of a rapidly changing economic and funding climate.

ADD is made up of a group of hard working and dedicated professionals who truly believe in the work they do. My thanks to the board of directors and staff for their commitment. The formula for continued success is in place.
